Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. Keep the business number customers already know and use your carrier or phone system to forward missed, all, or supported after-hours calls to Speekeasy.
How does the 10-day trial work?
A valid payment method is required to activate your number, but $0 is due today. Starter is $49/month and Pro is $149/month after the trial. Checkout shows the exact first-charge date.
What if it does not know an answer?
It does not guess. It takes a message with the caller’s contact details and what they need, then emails it to you.
What happens when I use my included minutes?
Overage is optional and off until you enable it. Without overage, the receptionist pauses after the included allowance is reached.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract or cancellation fee. Cancel before the date shown at checkout to avoid the first charge.
Does Speekeasy text or record callers?
Speekeasy does not send SMS. Call recording is off by default; written transcripts and summaries remain available in your workspace.
